The Badi Foundation was recently invited by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs to participate in the 2010 Conference on International Exchange Professionals, held in Shenzhen on October 29-30, 2010. The foundation was pleased to participate in the Workshop for Cultural and Educational Overseas Organizations, at which it was able to engage in an exchange and explore opportunities for collaboration with government agencies and other organizations involved in contributing to China’s educational and social development.

A group of four women who participated in an Environmental Action Program training offered by one of the community-based organizations the Badi Foundation is partnering with in Yunnan Province wasted no time in putting what they had studied into action.
